Nora
After searching high and low for THE dress, I found her at Priscilla's of Boston. The dress style is "Nora" and she is ivory lace. I am accenting her with a champagne satin sash and a vintage brooch at the waist.
Dress Fittings
Warning: If you buy your dress at Priscilla's of Boston be prepared for outrageously high alterations prices! My total alterations for a hem, darting around the bust and taking it in was over $600! Please excuse the no make-up, wet hair and glasses. It was an early morning after my b-pics session the night before!
Tuxes!
Here is FI in his stud tuxedo combo! We worked with Dan from Carl Anthony Tuxedo and had an amazing time! FI's tie is a champagne paisley and his vest is just champagne. The Groomsmen and Dads will have the same tux and tie/vest combo except it will be in black. Total studmuffins.
Veil!
I just ordered my ivory birdcage veil from www.birdcageveils.com today! Her name is "Emma" and she is ivory Russian netting! Here are some inspiration pics from the website!

Getaway Dress!
I am working with Etsy seller PColquet to design this Audrey Hepburn inspired dress! It will be in an ivory satin and shorter than in the photo. It will have crinny underneath to give it some twirl power! I am in love!

I grabbed this adorable Lilly Pulitzer dress off Rue La La for only $99! It's perfect for my shower in April!
Rehearsal Dinner Dress
I am so proud of the score I got on this adorable BCBG dress! I snagged it on Rue La La for a whopping $49! Woohoo! It's perfect!
Bridal Clutch
I scored this gorgeous ivory clutch from a J.Crew sale! I plan on adding some ostrich feathers to it for a bit more vintage flair!
Ceremony Shoes!
I originally wanted a pair of ivory or yellow or blue Christian Louboutin shoes because I think the red soles just scream classy. However, my wedding budget is growing out of control. I scored these adorable yellow shoes on Ebay for a whopping $30.00!
Reception Shoes!
I had the wonderful Etsy seller, ElephantandChickPea make me these comfy and cute mary janes in bright yellow fabric! They are soft and comfortable and I know my feet will be happy dancing away the night in them!
Jewelry!
Here are my earrings and bracelet from Haute Bride! Thanks to the FI for buying me the bracelet as a one year to our wedding gift!! xoxo Also, here is my headband from Sassy & Classy. I was totally against wearing one until I put it on and suddenly felt like a bride! I will also have this a similar longer lace veil for the ceremony before I switch to my birdcage and flower for the reception!
Bridesmaids and Maid of Honor Attire
I told my 3 bridesmaids to find a cute and comfy little black dress to wear and some sexy black heels! Two of my bridesmaids are getting married just a few months after myself so I couldn't see asking them to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress they would never wear again. I only had two specific directions: Black & Cocktail :) I will post pictures once I have them all together! As for my Maid of Honor, she wanted to be a little different. We are currently on a hunt for a black and white patterned dress. We have a few favorites but nothing yet!

Hair Trial Time.
I had my hair trial with Sam who is such a sweetie. We chatted about Twilight and The Vampire Diaries and had a blast. We had two different looks going on. One is more curly and controlled and the other is messy and fun. I think I am over the whole birdcage veil thing. it just doesn't look right on me for some reason? I apparently have to invest in a Bump It because teasing doesn't even give my hair volume haha.
Hair Trial Part 2
I just didn't like the end product of my last hair trial with Sam C so I decided to have her over for another one! This time I left in love with my hair and feeling ready to get married haha!
